LMS is a smart system to manage and monitor lawsuits and other legal activities. It provides end to end solutions for cases right from inception to post-judgment processes such as legal documentation and notices, case merit analysis, case management, auction, appeal & bail money, warrant of arrest, high court and appellate division routine tasks, legal billing and payment, etc. It keeps track of pending and ongoing cases and helps in taking timely decisions by analyzing reports generated.
Features & Functionalities
- System generated legal notice: 1. Maker/SAM (Special Asset Management) /Field Officers will initiate Legal Notice request by Inputting customer and Loan A/C information. Data can be loaded from CBS through API. Besides, option is available to entry data manually.
- Case merit analysis (CMA): Recovery/SAM/Field Officers will initiate CMA request by inputting customer and Loan A/C information. Data can be loaded from CBS through API Besides, option is available to entry data manually.
- Auction: SAM User will initiate CMA request. If the type of case is secured (ARA-2003) and has security value, then auction is applicable for that case. Secured loan automatically comes to auction process. CMA is pre-approved by RM (Subjected to Auction).
- Appeal & Bail Money
- High Court Matters: Head office users creates the case file for new or existing lower court case. User can update case status, activities and expenses (Lawyer, Vendor & Others).
